Ceres turns retrograde at 6 Libra 58.  

It may be a time of relationship review when you look at all your close relationships – marriage, close friends, alliances, legal partnerships, business partnerships; those that are deemed unsatisfactory may be phased out as others gain more significance.  It might also be a time for reviewing contracts and legal agreements or to study them from the standpoint of being legally protected and giving you a sense of security in legal matters.

March 22 2023 – 

Ceres retrograde re-enters Virgo.  

Since Virgo is the sign of work, service, and health, it may be time to review and take a critical look at those life areas in terms of sense of satisfaction, security, and whether “something else” will be better for you.  Do not focus excessively on perfection but be practical and use common sense.  You may decide that you are not the best person to do a task or the best employee for the job and move on from there.

If you employ others to work for you, this is a good time to evaluate job performance and make changes or give raises/recognition to those who deserve it.  Health matters coming forward at this time may require your attention so don’t sweep them under the rug for later.  In some instances, it may be time to review diet, health habits, and exercise programs to see if they are delivering desired results and make changes accordingly.

May 6 2023 - 

Ceres turns direct in motion at 23 Virgo 49.  

As Ceres changes direction in Virgo, you may begin to see the results of the changes or corrections you made while it was retrograde.  The Virgo placement may also renew your interest in helping, encouraging, or serving others or in working on a special project that was temporarily shelved during the retrograde period. September 15 2023 – 

Ceres enters Scorpio.  

Ceres in Scorpio is a complex placement that finds comfort and security in deep emotional bonds and commitments.  It is also capable of helping others heal because it recognizes that change must come from within, leaving negativity behind, and being able to accept yourself as you are, while also building trust in others. 

November 25 – 2023

Ceres enters Sagittarius.  

The Sagittarius placement is one of optimism and a positive outlook that is infectious.  There is a love of freedom, travel, education, and having strong beliefs.  On the negative side, those who feel their life lacks meaning and purpose tend to wander aimlessly with no goal or destination under Ceres in Sagittarius.
