The underlying issue is that what you want consciously tends to be different from what you need emotionally. This lack of agreement might also be seen in relationships. The need for security and support may dictate emotional responses or entanglement. You might even stay in a difficult relationship because you are afraid to leave and fend for yourself. Your intuition can be telling you something totally different from what your mind is saying.
